What Is Included
- Annual review and update of your QMS documentation to reflect changes in operations, regulations (e.g., FMCSA updates), or shipper requirements.
- Guidance on conducting effective internal audits and management reviews.
- Assistance with corrective actions from internal findings or customer complaints.
- Preparation and on-site/virtual support for annual surveillance audits (Years 1 and 2) and the triennial recertification audit.
- Performance monitoring reviews, including KPI analysis (e.g., on-time delivery, maintenance compliance).
- Unlimited email/phone support for QMS questions throughout the year.
What Is Not Included
- Direct payment of registrar fees or auditor expenses for surveillance/recertification audits.
- Full initial certification process (this is for already-certified carriers only).
- Major QMS redesigns due to significant business changes (e.g., mergers or new service lines) — these may require a separate project fee.
- On-site travel expenses for support visits beyond one annual visit (billed separately if required).
